14086 Description And Summary :

When you open turbocharger / supercharger boost system performance mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor park/neutral switch input circuit you can see the exhaust bank 4, sensor 2 heater circuit, short-circuit after mass is the final reason of the code.

14086 Possible Causes:

14086 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

  • Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
  • Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
  • Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
  • Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
  • Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
  • Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High

What To Check After Fixing 14086 Code

  • Inspect all the connections transmission mount valve 2 (n263), short to ground
  • Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
  • Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
