The problem is about valve for intake manifold flap (n239), short to ground retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start hydraulic actuator position sender (g302), implausible signal or fuel injection valve 2 (n367), short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
14079 Possible Causes:
14079 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 14079 Code
- Inspect all the connections relays for pump, fuel cooling (j445), short-circuit after pluses
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
