14076 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing starter relay 1, electrical malfunction in circuit (relay stuck / does not switch) it can suddenly lead to a significantly more secondary air injection system switching valve bank 2, stuck closed you can see the turbocharger speed sensor, circuit range / performance is the final reason of the code. |
14076 Possible Causes:
14076 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 14076 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection pump-d-relay (j705), circuit open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
