This code were stamped on VW Engine case transmission solenoid power relay, short to ground the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles accelerator pedal position sensor 2 (g185), signal too high or clutch pedal position (cpp) switch (f194), implausible signal is the final reason of the code. |
14061 Possible Causes:
14061 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 14061 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature, bank 1 sensor 2, out of range
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
