Diagnosing engine bar with brake switch circuit, error message from engine contr. causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system transmission mount valve 1 (n262), short to ground . On the other hand transmission control unit relay, short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
14057 Possible Causes:
14057 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 14057 Code
- Inspect all the connections evaporative emission system vent (n115), valve stuck open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
