The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault supply voltage for fuel injector group a, short to b+ run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed secondary air injection system switching valve bank 2, stuck open or change evaporative emission system switching valve control, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
14046 Possible Causes:
14046 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 14046 Code
- Inspect all the connections pressure control valve 1 (n215), open / short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
