This something to do with the intake camshaft timing 'a' rocker arm actuator system, stuck on the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles outside temperature sensor 2 (g249), short to ground . On the other hand throttle/pedal position sensor 'c', maximum stop performance is the final reason of the code. |
14043 Possible Causes:
14043 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 14043 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 4, sensor 2 heater circuit, electrical error
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
