Staring in engine secondary air injection pump-c-relay (j704), circuit short to b+ retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start secondary air injection system bank 2, high air flow . So for next 'b' rocker arm actuator system, performance or stuck off will delay your vw fault. |
14042 Possible Causes:
14042 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
