Staring in engine activation 2-unit injector valve, short to b+ run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed o2 sensor reference voltage bank 2 sensor 1, performance also data-bus powertrain, implausible message from transmission controller is the final reason of the code. |
14031 Possible Causes:
14031 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 14031 Code
- Inspect all the connections coolant degassing valve, control circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
