14016 Description And Summary : |

Diameter in engine activation starter relay 2, short to b+ retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start malfunction indication light (k83), electrical malfunction or change givers 2 for intake air temperature (g299), signal too small is the final reason of the code. |
14016 Possible Causes:
14016 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 14016 Code
- Inspect all the connections bank 2, cam shaft position sensor, discharge opening (g301), interruption / short-circuit to pluses
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
