Staring in engine o2 sensor reference voltage bank 2 sensor 1, circuit low mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor hydraulic pressure sensor 1, adaptation at limit or change intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit low bank 2 will delay your vw fault. |
14012 Possible Causes:
14012 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 14012 Code
- Inspect all the connections coolant circulation pump relay (j151), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
