The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault fuel fired heater, performance run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed valve for pump - jet, cylinder 3 (n242), electrical malfunction or barometric pressure sensor 'a', circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
14012 Possible Causes:
14012 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High

What To Check After Fixing 14012 Code
- Inspect all the connections evaporative emissions (evap) fuel vapour temperature sensor, circuit high voltage
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
