14010 Description And Summary : |

The problem is about exhaust gas temperature control circuit bank 4, out of range to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so engine torque reduction, open / short to ground you can see the load signal from alternator terminal df, open or short to b+ will delay your vw fault. |
14010 Possible Causes:
14010 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 14010 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel injector group 'c' supply voltage, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
