14005 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'f', circuit intermittent causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system tiptronic switch recognition (f189), open circuit / signal to b+ . On the other hand injection pump, timing calibration not learned is the final reason of the code. |
14005 Possible Causes:
14005 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 14005 Code
- Inspect all the connections water in fuel sensor, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
