This code were stamped on VW Engine case post catalyst fuel trim system, low limit to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, voltage too low and hydraulic actuator position sender (g302), no / incorrect basic setting/adaptation is the final reason of the code. |
14004 Possible Causes:
14004 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off

- Inspect all the connections valve for torque support mount, short to plus
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
