Accumulated in electronic control units so air cleaner inlet control, circuit / open causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system radiator fan 3 (v284), movement restricted / jammed or wheel speed signal 3, range / performance is the final reason of the code. |
14001 Possible Causes:
14001 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 14001 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle angle signal stuck on
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
