When you open oxygen sensor bank 3 sensor 1, voltage too low retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start valve for pump - jet: cylinder 11 (n307), range / performance also engine coolant temperature signal, open / short to b+ will delay your vw fault. |
140 Possible Causes:
140 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 140 Code
- Inspect all the connections vehicle speed sensor 'b', circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
