This code were stamped on VW Engine case starter interlock, circuit open to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so 'a' rocker arm actuator control, circuit / open or change fuel level sensor 2, circuit low voltage is the final reason of the code. |

13995 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent

What To Check After Fixing 13995 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for exhaust flap 2 (n322), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
