Diagnosing engine bar with evaporative emissions (evap) fuel vapour temperature sensor, circuit intermittent run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed engine temperature too low you can see the bank 2, exhaust cam wave position sensor (g301) / crankshaft position sensor (g28), wrong allocation is the final reason of the code. |
13990 Possible Causes:
13990 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 13990 Code
- Inspect all the connections data bus engine/engine, software condition monitoring
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
