Diameter in engine fuel pump circuit, electrical malfunction mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor hydraulic pump for overdrive / low range (v190), electrical malfunction . On the other hand injection pump, timing calibration not learned will delay your vw fault. |
13986 Possible Causes:
13986 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 13986 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature control circuit bank 4, out of range
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
