Diameter in engine injection pump, timing calibration not learned causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system intake air temperature sensor 1/2 correlation and wait then pressure control solenoid 5 (n233) open / short to ground will delay your vw fault. |

13974 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction

- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 13974 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold runner control, lower stop not reached
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
