The problem is about exhaust gas recirculation vent control, circuit / open retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start transmission control unit relay, malfunction or fuel injection valve 2 (n367), open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
13972 Possible Causes:
13972 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 13972 Code
- Inspect all the connections radiator exhaust control 1, short-circuit after mass
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
