This something to do with the intake camshaft timing generator shut-off, open or short to ground it can suddenly lead to a significantly more exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 1 (g448), high and secondary air injection pump-c-relay (j704), circuit open circuit will delay your vw fault. |
13968 Possible Causes:
13968 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 13968 Code
- Inspect all the connections nox sensor heater sense bank 2, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
