The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault potentiometer 2 for egr (g466), incorrect basic setting mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor please check dtc memory of transmission ecu also secondary air injection valve 4 (n385), circuit short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
13966 Possible Causes:
13966 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 13966 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'f', circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
