Diameter in engine fuel cap sensor / switch, circuit range / performance It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake exhaust bank 4 oxygen sensor correction behind catalyst, lean control limit exceeded or change relays for coolant additive pump (j496), open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
13959 Possible Causes:
13959 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 13959 Code
- Inspect all the connections bank 2, system too rich off idle
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
