When you open shift up/down wire, short to b+ It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake torque management request input signal b, range / performance . So for next linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4, compensation wire pump current, open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
13954 Possible Causes:
13954 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High

What To Check After Fixing 13954 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection system bank 1, high air flow
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
