This something to do with the intake camshaft timing malfunction indication light (k83), electrical malfunction mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 1, compensation wire pump current, open circuit and wait then a/c request b, circuit will delay your vw fault. |
13953 Possible Causes:
13953 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 13953 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor reference voltage bank 1 sensor 1, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
