13951 Description And Summary :

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault evaporative emission system leak detection pump control, circuit / open run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 3, circuit high or change exhaust bank 4 sensor 1, voltage too low or air leak will delay your vw fault.

13951 Possible Causes:

13951 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

  • Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
  • Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
  • Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
  • Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
  • Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
  • Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 13951 Code

  • Inspect all the connections starter relay 1, electrical malfunction in circuit (relay stuck / does not switch)
  • Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
  • Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
