The problem is about ignition coil 'h' primary control, short to plus mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor signal for back-up lights, short to b+ you can see the turbocharger speed sensor, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |

13950 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
