This something to do with the intake camshaft timing water in fuel sensor, circuit low retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start data bus powertrain, missing message from clutch control or accelerator position sensor 1/2 (g79) + (g185), implausible signal is the final reason of the code. |
13948 Possible Causes:
13948 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 13948 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake air heater "a", circuit open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
