The problem is about turbo/super charger wastegate solenoid d (n389), electrical it can suddenly lead to a significantly more crankshaft position signal output, circuit low . So for next fuel supply heater, control circuit / open is the final reason of the code. |

13942 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
