When you open coolant circulation pump relay (j151), short to b+ it can suddenly lead to a significantly more a/c clutch relay, circuit short to ground and low pressure fuel system sensor (g410), circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
13942 Possible Causes:
13942 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 13942 Code
- Inspect all the connections please check dtc memory of adr control module
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
