This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, short to b+ mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor data bus powertrain, missing messages from steering wheel electronics (j527) . So for next throttle actuator control system, stuck open is the final reason of the code.
