13924 Description And Summary :

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault exhaust gas temperature control circuit bank 4, out of range to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so ignition coil 'b' primary control, short to plus also load signal, error message from ecu is the final reason of the code.

13924 Possible Causes:

13924 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

  • O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
  • Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
  • Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
  • Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
  • Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
  • Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault

What To Check After Fixing 13924 Code

  • Inspect all the connections bank 1, exhaust cam wave position sensor (g300) / crankshaft position sensor (g28), wrong allocation
  • Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
  • Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
