13921 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing engine coolant temperature signal, short to ground mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor data bus engine/engine, missing message from ecu 1 . On the other hand exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 1, circuit intermittent is the final reason of the code. |
13921 Possible Causes:
13921 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 13921 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 3, circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
