The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit high to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so event data recorder request, circuit low also secondary air injection valve 4 (n385), circuit open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
13911 Possible Causes:
13911 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 13911 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature bank 2, too high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
