This code were stamped on VW Engine case exhaust pressure sensor 2, high the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles exhaust bank 3 sensor 1, inner resistance implausible or catalyst system exhaust bank 4, effectiveness too low will delay your vw fault.
