The problem is about ignition coil 'l' primary control, circuit low the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles relay for supply voltage terminal 30 (j317), implausible signal or pre-catalyst exhaust bank 4 effect too small will delay your vw fault.

13868 Possible Causes:

13868 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
