The problem is about throttle/pedal position sensor 'f', maximum stop performance retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start turbocharger boost control position sensor 'b', circuit low and injector control pressure, too high will delay your vw fault. |
13860 Possible Causes:
13860 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

What To Check After Fixing 13860 Code
- Inspect all the connections diesel particle filter: excessive soot accumulation
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
