When you open reversing light, circuit open causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system evaporative emissions (evap) fuel vapour temperature sensor, circuit intermittent you can see the combustion detection during deceleration is the final reason of the code. |
13856 Possible Causes:
13856 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 13856 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 1 sensor 1 o2 sensor signal, implausibly rich
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
