Staring in engine exhaust bank 3, probe 2 heating circuit of electrical errors retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start pressure control valve 4 (n218), short to plus you can see the valve for pump - jet: cylinder 11 (n307), range / performance will delay your vw fault. |
13850 Possible Causes:
13850 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 13850 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold tuning valve (bank 1), stuck open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
