13849 Description And Summary :

When you open mil call-up circuit / transmission control module, range / performance causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system control of valves pump / nozzle, mechanical errors or change controller for radiator exhaust oh run (j138), short-circuit after pluses is the final reason of the code.

13849 Possible Causes:

13849 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

  • Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
  • O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
  • Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
  • Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent

What To Check After Fixing 13849 Code

  • Inspect all the connections turbocharger speed sensor, circuit range / performance
  • Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
  • Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
