Diagnosing engine bar with interference in mechatronic module the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles intake manifold runner control, circuit low bank 2 and wait then crankshaft position signal output, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
13848 Possible Causes:
13848 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 13848 Code
- Inspect all the connections system too lean at higher load, bank 1
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
