The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault exhaust gas temperature bank 2, too high causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system bank 1 sensor 1, internal resistance too high also control module defective will delay your vw fault. |
13845 Possible Causes:
13845 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 13845 Code
- Inspect all the connections ng high pressure valve (n372), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
