Diagnosing engine bar with exhaust bank 4 mixture adaptation range 3, lean limit not reached run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed ecm/pcm power relay sense, circuit intermittent or change bank 2, system too rich at idle is the final reason of the code. |
13839 Possible Causes:
13839 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 13839 Code
- Inspect all the connections relays for coolant additive pump (j496), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
