13829 Description And Summary : |

The problem is about idle speed control throttle position, electrical malfunction to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so throttle position output, circuit / open . On the other hand fuel tank pressure (ftp) sensor (g400), short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
13829 Possible Causes:
13829 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 13829 Code
- Inspect all the connections starter activation, return message terminal 50, short to ground/open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
