The problem is about barometric pressure sensor 'a', circuit the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles control unit programming, programming not finished also data bus powertrain, incorrect signal from adr control module is the final reason of the code. |
13821 Possible Causes:
13821 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 13821 Code
- Inspect all the connections ecm/pcm internal engine off timer, performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
