This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust bank 4 main catalyst, effectiveness too low retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start turbo/super charger wastegate solenoid d (n389), signal low and wait then control unit programming, programming not finished is the final reason of the code.
