13818 Description And Summary : |

When you open data bus powertrain, incorrect signal from adr control module it can suddenly lead to a significantly more linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / pump current, short to ground you can see the bank 1, exhaust cam wave position sensor (g300) / crankshaft position sensor (g28), wrong allocation is the final reason of the code. |
13818 Possible Causes:
13818 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 13818 Code
- Inspect all the connections nox sensor heater sense bank 2, circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
