The problem is about intake manifold tuning valve (bank 1), stuck open the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles fuel injection valve 1 (n366), short to b+ or fuel pressure regulator 2 control circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
13815 Possible Causes:
13815 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 13815 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 4, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
