This something to do with the intake camshaft timing evaporative emission system leak detection pump control, circuit / open It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / reference voltage, open circuit you can see the angle sensors 1 for butterfly valve drive 2 (g297), signal too largely will delay your vw fault. |
13809 Possible Causes:
13809 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 13809 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 1, biased / stuck lean
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
