This something to do with the intake camshaft timing catalyst system exhaust bank 4, effectiveness too low the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles data bus powertrain, missing message from central electronics you can see the relay for exhaust cooling agent (n313), short to ground will delay your vw fault.

13804 Possible Causes:
